To apply for a wholesale account with Turn 14 Distribution, you will need to fax a completed dealer application and your business license to 267-468-0363. Those applying for a Store Front Account should also include pictures of their facility and/or a Yellow Pages ad or similar proof of a physical brick & mortar location. Turn 14 Distribution reserves the right to accept or decline an application at our own discretion. Additionally, Turn 14 Distribution only accepts applications for automotive performance businesses. Businesses located in Pennsylvania must include a completed Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with their application, which can be downloaded here.

Requirements for Application:

• 1. Fully Completed Wholesale Application: All fields must be filled out correctly and accurately. Download the application here .
• 2. Business License and Federal Tax Id: All applicants are required to furnish a state-issued business license and Federal Tax id. No exceptions.
• 3. Proof of a Physical Location: *For Store Front Account applicants only- this can include photographs of your shop or a Yellow Pages ad.
• 4. PA Sales Tax Exemption Form: *For Pennsylvania-base businesses only. Available here.

Fax your completed application and all required paperwork to (267)-468-0363. Turn 14 Distribution recommends calling us an hour after faxing to confirm that we have received your paperwork. Please note that we will not be able to provide any pricing or product information until your account has been approved. The application review process takes approximately 48 business hours.

Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by your Turn 14 Distribution Account Representative to explain our processes and procedures, establish your account, and discuss opening orders and pricing. Application review is a thorough process that takes approximately 48 business hours.
