Stock: Turn 14 stocks the brands we distribute; we do not "double-distribute" and only drop-ship when absolutely necessary. In order for Turn 14 to be the best at what we do and to serve our accounts properly, we stock our racks with the brands we carry.
Price: Turn 14 has some of the most competitive rates in the aftermarket. We offer multi-level volume and buy-in based pricing structures and can offer quantity discounts and shipping incentives when possible.
Support: Turn 14 takes alot of pride in its support staff. Pre-Sale, you can check inventory, get pricing, and find details on items 24 hours a day on our automated website, or call and speak to a knowledgeable member of our sales staff. Turn 14 works closely with the manufacturers we distribute to provide technical information and support, even pre-sale. Place an order on Turn 14's online system and you can see the current stock, opt to dropship out of stock items, divide the shipping, and choose specific shipping methods for each piece of your order. Orders typically ship the same day when in stock, and you will receive your invoice and tracking by the end of the day so you can keep your customer informed. Post-sale, Turn 14 will work with manufacturers for warranty, the carriers for claims, etc. to make sure that even when things go wrong, we still provide the utmost in support.
How to Apply for an Account:
There are 2 required items you will need to apply for a Turn 14 Distribution account; a business license & a completed dealer application. They can be faxed in to 267-468-0363. Stocking dealers with a brick & mortar storefront should send in pictures of their facility and/or a yellow pages ad/similar proof of location. These are not required, but a storefront account is slightly different from a standard Turn 14 account. Please note that Turn 14 will only accept applications from automotive performance businesses and the decision to accept/deny an application is subject to our discretion.
1. FULLY COMPLETED WHOLESALE APPLICATION: This means every field is filled out, all information is correct & accurate. You can download the application here.
2. BUSINESS LICENSE & TAX ID: No exceptions on this one. You will need your state business license and federal tax id.
3. FACILITY PHOTOS & PROOF OF LOCATION: For brick & mortar accounts only, photograph the outside of your shop, customer area, insallation bay, & warehousing area and send in a yellow pages ad, etc.
How to Apply: Fax the completed application and required paperwork to 267-468-0363. We recommend calling us approximately one hour after faxing to confirm that we have received your paperwork. Please note that we will not be able to provide any information until your account has been approved -- the application review processs takes approximately 48 hours, so keep this in mind.
Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by your Turn 14 Account Represntative to explain our processes and systems and set up your account and discuss your opening order and pricing. Please note that application review is a thorough process and it takes approximately 48 business hours.
